Our Founder’s Lens

Mind Up Coaching was founded by Kimberly Dunn, a Master Certified Life Coach with 25+ years of experience working inside and alongside organizations.

Kimberly brings a rare combination of:

  • Deep understanding of leadership dynamics under pressure

Rather than focusing on individual resilience alone, her work addresses the conditions leaders and teams operate within.  Because sustainable performance doesn’t come from fixing people; it comes from fixing the conditions people work within.
