It’s getting adequate sleep, learning to say NO (without having to explain yourself), brushing your teeth, getting fresh air.

It helps with focus and cognition, regulates emotions, and boosts immunity. Similarly, doing things like heading out for a walk, taking a shower and putting on “real people clothes” alters your mood and increases your energy level.
